Lecture by Natalia Rankine-Galloway, America Explained Program, DAZ

As the U.S. gears up for the 2020 election, Natalia Rankine-Galloway examines the presidential election system closely, highlights the differences between the Democratic and Republican party, discusses the platforms of all major candidates in depth, and explores the most challenging themes that the next president will be addressing. What are the key features of a democracy as large as the U.S.? How is the most powerful person in the world elected? And what are the Electoral College, primaries, and superdelegates? Natalia Rankine-Galloway will answer all these questions and many more! – „America Explained“ is part of our school program and normally addresses students. This special lecture is however open to anyone who wants to learn a little bit more about the U.S. presidential elections
