The American people are deeply divided. Throughout American history, the nation has addressed disunity, however, an increased tense political and social climate in recent years is visible to the American public as well as international partners abroad. This division is not simply between political factions, but on issues ranging from the role of government, migration, racial equality, gender identity and more. Has America been this divided before? Will President Biden be able to unify the country as he promised at his inauguration speech? We will address these questions and explore ideas for reform that could bring the country back together.
