Mehrtägige Veranstaltung: 29.01. – 18.12.2020
Location: DAZ, Charlottenplatz 17, 70173 Stuttgart
Preparing for the upcoming presidential election, the DAZ has designed a special exhibition illustrating the path to electing the President of the United States. Never before has the field of potential presidential candidates been this large – or diverse. The results of this year’s election will determine the path the U.S. will take in the next four years, impacting not only the country’s future but the rest of the world as well. Until Election Day on November 3, 2020, there is still a long way to go and many hurdles to take.
The exhibition follows the complex U.S. electoral system and process, explaining the most important proceedings and institutions, depicting their significance and impact on the election. It also illustrates the intricacies voters face throughout a presidential election year and highlights the major events voters and presidential candidates participate in. A segment of the exhibition is entirely dedicated to portraying the candidates hopeful, giving an overview of possible future winners.
The exhibition will be on display Tue – Fri 09.00 – 13.00 h and 14.00- 17.00 h.
