In March Let’s Read will discuss Kantika by Elizabeth Graver.

Inspired by the life of her maternal grandmother, Graver’s novel follows the story of a multigenerational Sephardic-Jewish family moving from Istanbul to Barcelona, Havana, and New York. Exploring stories of migration, motherhood, blended families, and disability, Graver writes an inspiring story about Rebecca Cohen’s tenacity and insistence on seizing beauty and life.
