The story follows nineteen-year-old Elisabeth as she retreats to her isolated cabin in Fish Creek, Wisconsin, seeking solace from her medical trauma and painful memories. When a snowstorm forces her to accept help from her neighbor, Noah, the town’s young sheriff, she confronts her vulnerability and the scars of her past. This emotional coming-of-age story explores the journey of a young woman learning to face her trauma and embrace the possibility of new love.
