Bookish – Read, Create & Connect

If you are a book lover or a BookTok fan, then the DAZ‘s new youth program is perfect for you. Bookish is your space to connect with other young readers over your love for books. This monthly program is for teens aged 14 to 17 who want to read what excites them, share their perspectives, and explore books in creative, hands-on ways.
Participants register for all program dates and choose the books they want to read from the DAZ library – you’ll even get a free library membership for the entire course period.
Whether it’s a gripping fantasy novel, a crime thriller, a graphic novel, or a short story collection, your reading is your choice. Each month, you’ll present your book to the group, hear about what others are reading, and help create a joint book journal that everyone will receive at the end of the program.
But Bookish is more than just sitting around and talking. We’ll mix things up with activities and creative projects that let us see stories from different angles.
Led by an American facilitator, Bookish is all about reading, connecting, and being creative. There will also be snacks and drinks to help keep the ideas flowing!
